Accessing federation settings⁠

From your testing center's homepage, go to the Settings tab and then the Federations tab. This page provides the center-side view of all federation memberships.

Visibility and permissions⁠

All center staff members can view the list of federations on the Federations tab. However, only center Owners can perform the following actions:

• Create a new federation.
• Join a federation by entering a join code.
• Cancel a pending membership request.
• Leave an active federation.

Federations tab overview⁠

The Federations tab displays:

• Active memberships: Federations where your center is an accepted member, with links to the federation detail page.
• Pending membership requests: Federations where your center has submitted a join request that has not yet been accepted.

Federation detail page⁠

Each accepted membership has a detail page accessible from the Federations tab. The detail page shows:

• The federation's name and title.
• The date and time your center joined the federation.
• An Accommodation mappings card linking the federation's accommodations to your center's accommodations.

Any center staff member can view the detail page, including the accommodation mappings. Center staff with the Exam Editor role or higher can add and remove mappings (see Accommodation mappings). Center Owners can additionally leave the federation (requires typing the federation's name for confirmation).
